Hillary Clinton expanded on a plan to make the wealthiest Americans pay higher taxes, rolling out a new "surcharge" on multimillionaires that would restore the top tax rate to levels that haven't been in place for 30 years.

"Mrs. Clinton’s proposal, unveiled at a campaign stop in Waterloo, Iowa on Monday, goes beyond the Buffett Rule envisioned by Mr. Obama, imposing a 4% surcharge on taxpayers making more than $5 million a year."

By the time that Clinton and a Democrat congress get done with it, it will be a 400% surcharge on taxpayers making more than $5 a year.

On the other hand these elites are the reason why the GOP is in trouble. They are the ones who are trying to bring in more Democrat voting aliens. They are the ones who own the and control the media and are smearing conservatives.They are the ones who are spending the money now that they do not seem to be paying as much as they were. No one here would doubt that rich Democrats deserve to pay more money in the taxes they support. But, given the fecklessness, duplicity and the treachery that we see from Republican elites they deserve to pay too. This is a complete change from what I believed for over 50 years. But now I say tax them lower the taxes us in the middle tax and make the wealthy socialists in the Democrat party and rino elite pay their damn taxes.
