Wouldn't have your entire "burrow" -- "manse" included -- if you offered it as a gift.

FWIW, my oil well pays the taxes on my "homestead", down here in our part of "God's Country"... commonly called "The Northeastern Texas Piney Woods"...

But-- I must admit that today's oil prices aren't doing me any favors -- even though gas was $1.67.9 / gallon here today...
