Sept. 11 widower James Smith knows something about New York values. Smith's wife, Moira, was killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks. She was the only female law enforcement official killed that day.
When Smith, a retired NYPD officer himself, heard about Ted Cruz's "New York values" remark earlier this week, he took to Facebook to invite the Republican candidate to the Big Apple.
"I was disappointed by your disparaging remarks about New York values somehow being different from Iowa and New Hampshire values," Smith wrote. "I invite you to come to the National 9-11 Memorial and Museum and see for yourself, and perhaps learn something about, the values of New Yorkers."

We saw how the liberals in NYC stalled and fought over the WTC site for 10 years.

As someone who visits NYC regularly and am sill fascinated by it the undeniable fact is the *typical* New Yorker is someone that “Middle America” has little use for.
Do it, Cruz. Meet with her with the networks there. He is a compelling man who can change hearts and minds. This would be a smart move.

Lets turn it around. Go tell a New Yorker that Iowa and New Hampshire are as good as NYC and you’ll hear a dozen reason why NYC is better.
Cruz really stepped in it. This won’t stop.
How do you feel about abortion and homosexual marriage and did you vote for Hillary to represent NY in the Senate? Those are the values to which Cruz referred.
Cruz is running the show, now Cruz get’s to shine the light on Donalds liberal core, its fantastic.
Cuomo telling Conservatives they have no place in NY.

Tactical mistake by Cruz. It’s the kind of argument you make in a debate competition not in a Presidential debate.

So you support DiBlasio and Cuomo, abortion, limiting people’s choices as to ounces in a drink, enforcing urinating in public and on and on. Oh! Don’t forget Cuomo and DiBlasio saying Conservatives aren’t welcome in NY. THAT is what you are defending, NY values.
