Levin: “I’m Sick and Tired of Stupid Talk!”
Conservative Review ^ | January 19th, 2016 | Phil Shiver

Posted on 01/18/2016 6:23:12 PM PST by Isara

Four days since the debate and everyone is still talking about non-issues like Ted Cruz’s citizenship, his loan filing error, and “New York values.”

Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin advises conservatives not to get dragged into the media’s games or campaign squabbles, because he knows “if we do not nominate a solid conservative, we’re going to lose our country.”

He reminds the American people that this election is about them—not about Donald Trump, or Marco Rubio, or Ted Cruz, and goes on to ask—especially those furthering the “stupid talk”—a very serious and humbling question:

“Do we want to save the country or not?"

Listen to the full segment here:

Levin: "I'm Sick and Tired of Stupid Talk!" (Audio)

Levin reminded listener to not forget who the real enemy is: The Democratic Party represented by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Sen. Ted Cruz was once unanimously considered a hero of conservatism, a fighter against the Establishment, only now to have his words twisted and to be cast as a foe.

Levin believes the  American people don’t have to be dragged into such stupidity.

It’s Cruz or lose, to me...

There is no other human who can potentially turn this sinking ship. Our long term deadly issues are not related to deals, or pomp and circumstance. They are fundamental to the constitution and the founding, and the reason why we were created as a republic.

Immigration, debt, chronic unemployment and burgeoning social engineering programs and yes bad deals, are ALL symptoms, not causation.

The person to repair this has to understand it by necessity.

He also has to have previously studied the problems and can immediately prescribe the proper medicines..

No person on that stage can do this or is qualified to even attempt to do this but for Ted Cruz.

That is why it is Cruz or lose, because we will lose our country without the pilot that knows the route home.

Last I saw, Trump actually debates his opponents face-to-face. As far as his other antics, we shall see. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

If Mark has the superior argument, then let him defend it against someone with an opposing position but is on equal footing with him.

What should Mark, Rush, and Sean be saying exactly..according to you.

If you can't figure that out by looking outside your own front door, then your question doesn't deserve an answer, as it's mere provocation.

If we do not close our borders and quit letting all these Muslims in we will not have a country as we knew it. Trump is our best bet.

I have a feeling that Mark Levin isn’t going to miss the listeners that are threatening to abandon ship. Let ‘em flock to Michael Savage.

Talk about dropping people... Cruz supporters were accused on another thread of dropping Rick Santorum because he came out for Trump. Duh.

But now I see the Trump people dropping their former favorite, a man they kinda worshipped, Mark Levin, because he is for Ted Cruz.

And the week when Rush criticized some of the things Trump was doing, they acted like he had Ebola.

At least the Trump people are loyal to someone... The Donald.

frankly what I am truly sick of is how FR has been infiltrated by so many inarticulate populists over the last few years that have driven conservatives off of the forum. It breaks my heart.

Ditto

No, he stands as still as possible hoping that no one will ask a policy question.

Jeb is a non-factor. Has been for a long time. Rubio is rapidly becoming one although he is the great moderate hope of the GOPe.

Laurence Tribe is not on an equal footing with Mark. No where close to it.

Cruz cannot win the general election . If it’s Cruz , we will most assuredly lose . He needs to stay in the Senate .

I’m so tired of this cult of personality Obama, oops I mean Trump garbage. Trump could perform an abortion on the debate stage and they’d still love him. He’s going to be Mitch McConnell’s best buddy if he gets elected.

Anyone who ignorantly dismisses the birth issue is not to be listened to IMHO. I don’t mind if you have a different opinion, but if it’s obvious you haven’t even studied the issue, and yet you’re yelling and screaming about how “stupid” those who have are, well, you’re an idiot, and it makes me discount anything else you might have to say.

I am sick and tired of stupid talk, too. That is why I listen to Michael Savage. If we let loons destroy the chances and hopes of the Republican base to an agenda by what is clearly an unstable minority fixated on conspiracy theories, the good Republican base will loose and our country will loose. God Bless Donald Trump, what a brave man who has brought the real issue front and center to all of America and made us UNAFRAID to say “WE ARE AMERICAN AND WE ARE PROUD AND LET’S MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

I’m sick & tired of the GOP snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Trump even said Cruz needs to get it cleared because he thought Cruz would be a good running mate....
Now Cruz is attacking????

I would love a Trump Cruz ticket for 8 years followed by a Cruz/? ticket for 8. It will probably take that long to straighten out this mess!

Last I saw, Trump actually debates his opponents face-to-face.

Yes and he says very little after you screen out the adverbs, verbs and adjectives. IMO, he has little to say but opinion and boasts.

Why is it that one man from NYC, a former progressive democrat, can cause so many self proclaimed conservatives to not only turn their backs on their own, but try to destroy them personally?

It's quite unsettling. Very reminiscent of a mindless mob or social media bomb.

Maybe one day someone will explain it to me rationally and without drama.
