Itâs very simple. If a man has no moral center, if he has ambition but no faith, if he does not demonstrate humility or integrity, I will never vote for him for president. I donât care who he is, what heâs done, what he says, or what positions he holds. None of that will matter when we are living under his tyranny, and tyranny is sure to follow when you give unspeakable power to a man who believes he is God.
Iâll put this another way: if you vote for a man who worships himself over God, you deserve the tyranny that happens next.
You deserve it because you chose it, just as the souls in Hell deserve Hell because they chose it. If you go to the ballot box and say, âI am going to do my part to put this self-absorbed pagan in charge of my nationâ you are directly consenting to the inevitable result. You are embracing it. You are literally asking for it.
I know this will not resonate with atheists, but for us God-fearing folk it is extraordinarily obvious and irrefutable that we ought to only vote for other God-fearing folk. John Adams said, âOur Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.â I think it goes without saying that if the governed ought to be moral and religious, certainly the governors ought to be the same, and arguably more so.

Anyone who says “Israel must make sacrifices” in front of the Republican Jewish Coalition definitely ain’t Godless.
Glenn Beck putting on a mental straightjacket isn’t an interesting read.
I once had a discussion with a good friend, black and evangelical, about voting for the ‘lesser of two evils’. She felt that God wouldn’t forgive her if she voted for someone who believed in abortion rights. I pointed out that God would be more upset if she voted for someone who would destroy his grand experiment in Freedom of the People, the USA. This nation was created by our Founding Fathers as a beacon of hope for individual freedoms, predicated on God given rights. She did vote for McCain, but many of her black, evangelical friends voted for Obama. I then told her that her friends put their skin color above their ideology. Too many Americans, even those who profess to be strong Christians, put other, unimportant things before their faith. That is one reason this once great country is in the shape it is in now.
Ridiculous.
The only reason Cruz couldn't win the general is if people who claim to be conservatives don't support him.
People who have big-sounding screen names but don't live up to them, for example.
One wonders how much mileage the false prophets got out of Nebuchadnezzar’s despotic proclivities.
This is the essence of his business practices.
Quote:
“the bank quoted from a best-selling book Mr. Trump wrote last year, “Think Big and Kick Ass in Business and Life.” In it, the developer said he loved “to crush the other side and take the benefits” and mocked the banks that had lost money on loans made to him before another real estate downturn, in the 1990s:
“I figured it was the bank’s problem, not mine. What the hell did I care? I actually told one bank, ‘I told you you shouldn’t have loaned me that money. I told you the goddamn deal was no good.’”
It is on the net............google it.
Wonder what he has in store for America? He wants something but what?
I NEVER go to the Blaze. I depend on others to inform me of the text.
We’ve had a godless man in the White House for seven years. Yes, he pukes out the bromides about how islam is wonderful and peaceful, but IMO his connection to it is cultural, not spiritual. I believe Obama is an atheist at heart.
As for Trump.. who knows... he probably believes in God, but probably more as a co-equal partner, rather than a Supreme Being.
Fantasy.
Isn’t this what happened to Romney? He didn’t hold his mouth just right when he prayed to God, “Please make me worthy.”
So, we got a muslim for president.
How to go, holier-than-thou folks with your conscientious stupidity!
Come on, Trump believes in God. He talks about him all the time. I this. I that. I will. I AM. .
Obama was a regular church-goer. How’s that working out for you?
I don’t need the opinions of a Joseph Smith (Satanic Deceiver) flunky.
Trump attacks other candidate's faith.
Seriously, how does a believer defend this?

I will vote in the next election (if we have elections) and I will vote against the godless Democrats. However, we have reached the point in the USA where there is NO political solution to our current situation. Watching the our present focus on the candidates and all its accompanying foolishness further convinces me of this. Only God can restore us....and not enough of our population favors HIM yet.
I do believe that the time is coming when the majority will turn back to God....many out of desperation. Let us pray for leaders of wisdom and virtue for that future moment.
I am really getting sick of human beings speaking for God.
From every religion.
Enough.
Save it for the pearly gates.
FREE WILL.
Park your piety at the church door.
No offense....just stop.
Thank you.
Jedi.
I believe Obama is an atheist at heart.

I agree...mot likely an agnostic who tries to *use* religion to further his own agenda. Pray for his ultimate conversion.
....And why is he drawing in more people to his rallies than the other GOP candidates?
Actually you didn’t have even post an article. You posted a few paragraphs and a fish hook.
I took this post seriously but find it lacking. Many of the claims he makes have links. When you follow the links they are to Huffpo or National Review articles that make really poor conclusions from weak or non-evidence.
Or how about his proof that Trump doesn’t know a single book of the Bible? The article was about Trump declining to give his favorite verse because it’s personal. The assumption that Matt and the article made is that Trump was lying.
I am all for vetting and proving a candidate.... but doing so with good evidence... rather than straining at gnats while swallowing a Hilldabeast.
So the second term of Obama has been better than the first term of a ‘Joseph Smith flunky’ would have been? I beg to differ.
