I’d bet you could add 25% or more. People are wise to gun shops pricing and buy online. All it takes is a local FFL willing to do the background checks at a reasonable price, usually $25 - $35.
It’s easy to save 25% or more on guns online.
Oregon goes through the State Police. I believe a denial becomes approval after 72 hours without showing cause for the denial.
