We don’t get much snow, plus southern snow isn’t like northern snow. We get rain, it slowly changes and is icy, then snow on top. NOT fun to drive on at all. If it wasn’t so slippery, it wouldn’t be so bad.

It’s pretty and I got a lot of nice pix this afternoon, but now it can just mosey along any ol’ time!

Looking at the radar, I think we're past the worst of this storm. Also, it looks as though the most intense part of the storm is tracking about 100 miles east of us - right up the coast. Look for substantial beach erosion from the Carolinas to Jersey.

We have about a foot right now - John Man is out shoveling - there's enough down that we thought it would be a good idea to take care of what we have tonight rather than having to dig ourselves out of the whole nine yards tomorrow.
