Trump, just like Obama, is not being vetted. People hear what they want to hear, see what they want to see, and stop their ears and close their eyes. They run after him not realizing where he is taking them. Trump himself doesn’t even really know, where he is going but with great confidence he will portray that he does and lead them there.
This is really BRILLIANT! The Republicans nominate Donald Trump and he can run as a Republican and a Democrat at the same time! Kind of a quantum superposition of states of the UniParty! Then after the election we have a 50-50% chance of getting a Republican. Much better than a 100% chance of getting a Communist with Bernie! :-)

Why leave out Cruz and Rand Paul?
Here is one difference between nearly all the other candidates and Trump on healthcare. When everyone else talks about getting rid of Obamacare they mean private sector. When Trump talks about getting rid of Obamacare he means to bring in single payer.
How as a conservative can you vote for a guy that is pro choice and heaps praise on Hillary and Nancy Pelosi?
A couple of months back I listened to Trumps words and liked what I heard. Figured if Cruz (the better man) didn’t get the nomination I could vote for Trump. But during the last month the REAL Trump emerged.
A lying bullshyt artist. Now that is obviously good for business but as a leader I’ll take a pass. His demeanor has changed so much for the bad I dream about voting for Bernie Sanders for spite. But reality sets in and I’ll just sit out.
At least I’ll get to say I told ya so.
When that was going on many of us at FR were supporting a conservative alternative such as Thompson, Gingrich or Santorum. Unfortunately, we were unable to unify around one conservative and win that primary.
However, this time we have a conservative champion in Sen. Cruz. So, I really hope that we don’t make the same mistake the intelligentsia did and nominate, in Donald Trump, a candidate that is only a campaign conservative.
Cruz has pissed off most everyone in D.C. So what happens when you have a boss that everyone hates?

The Trumpaholics have been swept away in a fanatical mass movement. Many of them are as gone as the Obamanites. They will not vet him no matter what. Trump has become their God.

Yep...the conservative establishment is exactly that...firmly established conservatives. They're perfectly happy getting the table scraps of the leftists. You have to share. I find him the most despicable politician I have ever seen. I could never trust anyone with his background and he is rude rude rude and best Alinsky I have ever seen. I see him lying all the time. His supporters would call it in a heartbeat against any other candidate in any other race.
I believe he is playing his supporters and would disappoint you all if elected.
Remember, there are 70% or so of us who are not for him.
Destruction alone is not a good idea. That is all Trump has to offer.
