Olympics to change policies and allow transgender athletes to compete

The Olympics are reportedly adopting a new policy that opens the field of competition to transgender athletes.

The International Olympic Committee received proposed guidelines in November from its 'Consensus Meeting on Sex Reassignment and Hyperandrogenism', which allow for broader policies that would include transgender athletes.

Olympic officials have not confirmed the new guidelines, which have already been adopted by other regulatory sports organizations, but the policy is available on the organization's website.

The policy change would be in line with NCAA standards in the United States, which allow male-to-female and female-to-male transgender athletes to compete without having gender reassignment surgery, according to ESPN.

That’s not a completely new policy change. It’s going back to the policies of East Germany, the Soviet Union, and Communist China.

I’d post pictures of Heide Krieger, Kornelia Ender, Ilona Slupianek, Tammy Thomas, and the others, but they don’t look female enough to be recognized as women on steroids. They look like male athletes. I imagine we will have a lot more of that in women’s Olympic sports, now that doping is legal for “medical” reasons.

Does this mean that the Russian teams have been vindicated?

So much for the ban on hormone injections in competitive sports.

I wonder if Bruce Jenner will be able to relive his glory days. Men are much better at most sports than women, but is it enough to overcome his age? Will men want to watch him compete in drag? Or would we rather watch real women who look female?

Sheesh! I remember when the Soviets used to put men on the women’s teams for some sports and everyone howled about it.

This will not end well. And some feminists will be whining when a man hurts on woman on the field.

Movies are not in my knowledge base, so I always have to look up movie references that I see at FR. Yeah, pipsqueak Tom Cruise competing at volleyball. What a joke.

The end of women’s athletics.

Before long, the progs will discover that trans-women athletes are as entitled to be authentically gay as anyone else, and are thus entitled to have girlfriends with XX chromosomes off the field.

Should the headline not read: Men now permitted to compete in Olympic events as women without the need to have their genitals removed?

Or it could read, " Women's Olympic Sports Finished"

I've been saying for years that transgender ideology will destroy girls' and women's sports.

Well, goodbye Title IX. At least we'll be rid of that.
