We certainly need to fire a lot of EPA, VA and IRS workers ... and not replace most.
That could be Trump’s next reality show.

For 7 years so called conservatives did noting to fight Obama’s huge budgets, they were too busy fighting the real conservatives of the Tea Party.

Shame on you NRO for having the nerve to speak out now and having done nothing about the Deficits for 7 years.

He wants the EPA to enforce higher EFS.

He wants to force Apple to come back to the US.

Is that limited Government?

RE: We now face a war against an insidious, crafty, stealthy, and heretofore successful enemy in the Muslim Brotherhood/ISIS/AQ etc...’

Cut the Federal government to the essential functions outlined in the constitution.

Look at the Tenth Amendment, it expresses the principle of federalism, which strictly supports the entire plan of the original Constitution of the United States of America, by stating that the federal government possesses only those powers delegated to it by the United States Constitution. All remaining powers are reserved for the states or the people.

Now let’s ask ourselves, how much of what the Federal Government is doing is BEYOND the express powers reserved for it in the constitution?

Energy? Education? etc.

You just mentioned DEFENSE. Now THAT is ONE POWER explicitly given to the Federal government.

“We are at war and LOSING.”

The first front is not Militant Islam. The first front in the war we are losing is fighting and defeating the GOP and Democrats. They need to be destroyed as a political force. THEN we need to fight the bureaucracy.

THEN we can get on with fighting the war against terror/militant islam.

“Their arguments don’t even make sense.” They do if you have any sense.

RE: The GOPe didn’t do a THING to limit government during Obama’s first 7 years; except to subject him to the indignity of being asked to wait a minute while they lubed up

So, you’re saying that Trump will do it?

That’s is pretty much BS.

Trump has offered much more than “great management” comments to make his case.

Does another candidate even have their tax plan on the table? He made clear his plans on immigration. He’s made clear his position on our insane foreign trade policy. He’s made his position clear on so many issues but there are some that pretend not to hear it. They would prefer to just write shallow hit pieces like this.

Conservative for the Trumpkins means “we believe Trump will build a wall - the rest I can use cognitive dissonance to ignore.”

RE: Is every National Review article going to be posted 5 times

Surely you’re not advocating the banning of National Review from FR?

Depends on the management style of the CEO.

If he believes in top-down management and micro-management and the CEO has a bit of an ego problem, no, we don’t need that type of management.

If he believes in the type of management that our Founding Fathers put in place for us through the US Constitution, then, yes, that type of management is fine.

What type of a CEO do you think he would be like to work for?

And where in the above promises is LIMITED GOVERNMENT in the picture? Can you maybe, explain to us so that we can understand?

We don't know whether Trump will, or not.

But :

1) We KNOW the GOPe will NOT.

2) We KNOW Trump loves America: and will not sit by helplessly while others trash it.

Exactly.

And where the “management” stops is now dependent on the individual in the WH. As Obammie the Commie has demonstrated, he’ll “manage” whatever the hell he wants, regardless of law and the USC.

If Trump gets in, he’d damn well better use Executive Orders to undo most of Obammie the Commie’s.

And keep in mind, Stalin also believed in ‘limited government.”

It’s just that he had a very broad definition of the limits of government.

If limited government means more Ryan, mconnell, boehner budgets, I’ll take Trumos vision of better management any day. Funny how the guys that promised us limited government and betrayed us with that budget deal all seem united against Trump. You see, what people don’t seem to get is that in our current situation, these labels mean nothing anymore. If Ryan is considered a limited government conservative (as rated by numerous republican and business think tanks), yet he votes to increase our budget (and deficit) two years in a row along with majorities of other GOP limited government proponents, why would anyone hang their hat on this label? It clearly means very different things to our leadership in power at the GOP.

Trump is a patriotic American who has conservative beliefs. A belief for a safer America through destroying ISIS. A belief that a wall must be put up on the Southern border. A belief that we need to stop immigration to find out what the heck is going on with the process. A believer who thinks that the country has gone to Political Correct.

Sounds like a great American Conservative.

Somehow great management = expanded government? That’s coming from one of those “conservative intellectuals” at Natl Review.

So being a great manager is now considered a liability?

You right wing Trump haters are a seriously virulent group of anomalies. Petulantly persistant annoyances. A curiosity and slightly entertaining.

Donald Trump, Leader, Fighter, Winner! POTUS Donald. America will be great again.

The “limited government” argument just doesn’t carry the weight it once did. We are at war and LOSING.

Wars are fought between countries. The enemy we face has no country, it spreads by infecting and metastasizing governments. If you don't believe me, look at what's happening in Europe. An omnipotent centralized government is not a defense, it's an attack vector.
