In light of the attention focused on coal and coalminers over the weekend, let's review one of the more sordid episodes of the late & unlamented Clinton Conspiracy of Criminals...

Yes it is!

You shouldn’t allow your dislike of Trump to affect your thinking on completely unrelated stories.
***********************************************************

Really unrelated? Or connecting the dots. Saying something is unrelated has certainly not stopped Trump, his campaign or his supporters from making similar “connections” about Cruz and others.

This is just the type of "project" that the Clintons love and, I suspect, Trump will love. This is all IMHO, of course.

Of course!

Governor Brown has important connections to the Clintons:

"Benjamin Souede, a Portland criminal defense lawyer and and former adviser to Hillary Clinton when she was a New York senator, will be Kate Brown's legal counsel after she becomes governor at 10 a.m. Wednesday, The Oregonian/OregonLive has learned."

More Brown/Clinton ties:

Hillary Clinton wants to make Oregon the model for her proposal to expand access to the ballot box.

On March 16, Oregon became the first state in the nation to make voter registration automatic. The legislation, known as the “Motor Voter” law, will use information collected at the state Department of Motor Vehicles data to automatically register eligible voters.

Speaking in Houston Thursday, Clinton cited Oregon’s example and said automatic registration should go national.

Signing her state’s registration law, Oregon Governor Kate Brown, a Democrat, said, “I challenge every other state in this nation to examine their policies and find ways to ensure that there are as few barriers as possible in the way of a citizen’s right to vote.”

Brown introduced in the bill January while Oregon secretary of state, and became Oregon governor the following month.

Meet Kate Brown: Oregon's next governor is a longtime officeholder and the first bisexual to lead a state.

What did Trump get in exchange for his payoff contribution?

Eminent Domain - Trump (BLESSED IS HE) will LOVE this!

I hear that when he was chairman of the Communist Party of Baltimore he worked with Idi Amin to exterminate people so he could build a hotel.

That is the one thing I dislike about this forum. Any article, about anything, somebody will bring current politics in it. Even the ones that have absolutely nothing to do with politics. Some people are obsessed.

Anyone who thinks our federal government actually cares about the environment, has got a screw loose.

Unrelated? If it were not for donors like Trump propping it up, there would be no Clinton Foundation.

this story is poorly told.

a plea to fellow FReepers and fellow Republicans.

Please stop using the term ‘land grab’,
when the Federal gov’t transfers
land from itself to itself,
such as from a national forest
to a national monument.

thanks.

There’s a big difference between national forests and national monuments.

I’m not expert but I know I can hunt, cut firewood and Christmas trees, run livestock and secure logging contracts on (some) national forests.

My understanding is that a national monument is more akin to a wilderness designation—in other words far more restrictive in what uses the land can be put to.

Am I wrong?

umm ,

reread the title,
the ‘Hammond Ranch’ seems to be publicly owned,

if it isn’t, that sentence should be re-written
