The United States is scrutinizing developments in Poland, the U.S. trade czar said on Sunday when asked if Washington was concerned about the European Union's rule of law inquiry into Poland and Standard and Poor's cut to Warsaw's credit rating.

"As a fellow democracy we do follow developments here very closely," U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman told reporters during his visit to Google Campus in Warsaw.

"We certainly do follow it. As a democracy, we want to make sure that Poland's democracy continues to address the issues."

This is a good example of how your state media makes an idiot of you.

“Also the protests got the attention of the international media”

That's the main reason why they were manufactured...

You Gerries are strange people, your grandparents were fooled by the moustache guy to believe that they are the master race and millions died, now your “Mutti” Merkel brings in millions of savages fooling you that you are doing something good while in fact that's all likely a crisis designed to create instability in Europe and next use it as an excuse to transform EU into totalitarian regime (”drive further integration” as your beloved EUnuchs call it) and utter nonsense like “defending democracy in Poland” was just invented to take your attention away from the really important issues. So you “defend democracy in Poland” (from people that have just won democratic elections) being again useful idiots of totalitarian regime. Well Done.

Polish media in general were reporting the recent mass sexual assaults in Germany the same way like most of the sane world did.

Unlike your Germany, where the government apparently can control all the mainstream media as recent events showed, here 90% of the media is not influenced by authorities in any way and changing management of the public media (remaining 10%) is what all previous governments did, that’s all they can do in that sector and that approach turns out to be light years ahead of Germany. Hopefully one day you too will get a chance to experience free media.

- You Gerries are strange people

Unlike you I am not a foreigner Troll who is desperate to hijack a thread with a bunch of anti-german crap. Because truth is your government has gone totalitarian and put up warning signs not just to Germany, which you obviously have mental issues about, but EU as a whole and like the posted link shows - America also.

But you stew in your hate for Germans while they and much of the rest of the Western world pressure your abusive government to safe guard your freedoms. Which is something you don’t have the capacity to do for yourself.

Funny that you had to drop “massive rapes in German cities” in order to add to the erroneous assertion.

Funny and telling about how desperate you are to spew crap.

“Sounds like a problem.”

Not a problem that can't be overcome. Feckers tried the same with Hungary and achieved nothing. In the end your regime will lose just like they Soviets did.

“Unlike you I am not a foreigner “

Funny as you...

“your government has gone totalitarian”

...apparently parrot the worst kind of Euro socialistic propaganda.

“Which is something you don€™t have the capacity to do for yourself.”

Not a single dictatorship has been ever installed domestically here. That's the speciality of your adopted homeland. It seems you got assimilated to the point you wouldn't recognize dictatorship if it hit you over your head.

“I bet now you want help”

Yes, just jump on the rainbow pony and save us :))))

The article is inaccurate (there’s not such thing here as “national guard”) and hysterical. In the long term the risk of military aggression coming upon Central Europe from either east of the west is pretty much the same.

I am where I belong, about you... I have serious doubts. Dude, think on your own, don't be a parrot of EUnuchs or else you will soon start thinking Conchita Wurst is a sexy woman.

Swedbank Lithuania: "Poland is the new Russia"
However, he believes changes in Poland might help draw more foreign investment to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

“In the investors’ view, Poland is no better than Russia in terms of domestic policy and economics, and that the Baltic countries look much better in the competition for international investment.

“[Therefore] they have the potential to take over some share of the foreign direct investment flow attracted by Poland.”

“There is also a risk that a depreciated zloty will prompt some households to increase the frequency of their shopping trips to Poland.”

Shock and horror.

“In the investors€™ view, Poland is no better than Russia in terms of domestic policy and economics, and that the Baltic countries look much better in the competition for international investment.”

That's an opinion of some 3rd rate economist trying to boost his little business on the whole thing.

What's next, speeches of Martin “Kapo” Schultz ?

How about you just post here your “predictions” about the situation in Poland and as the time passes I will be pinging you here proving one by one they were worth pretty much nothing ?

Arrogance is your primary problem and unless you get a grip on it and change course, will be your downfall. You can ping me anytime you like but don't expect same when Poland backs down. It's not like I care what a bitter foreigner Troll with no good forum of his own country thinks... about anything.
