8 Abortion Questions That Hillary Needs To Be Asked
Catholic Vote ^ | January 22, 2016 | JOHN WHITE

Posted on 01/24/2016 2:24:14 PM PST by NYer

Mrs. Clinton, just a few questions:

  1. A new Marist poll shows that 81% of Americans support some restrictions on abortion. Do you disagree with 81% of Americans on this issue? If not, what restrictions on abortion would you support?

  1. The same poll found that 66% of pro-choice Americans would restrict abortion to the first three months of pregnancy. Do you stand with the majority of pro-choice Americans on this issue?

  1. Your husband famously said that abortion should be "safe, legal, and rare." Do you agree or disagree with that statement?

  1. If you agree that abortion should be safe, would you support legislation that would require abortion clinics to meet minimum standards for patient safety and sanitary conditions?

  1. Why should abortion be rare?

  1. Do you condemn China's policy of forced abortion as a violation of a woman’s right to choose?

  1. The movie Gosnell comes out later this year. As you know, Kermit Gosnell was convicted of the first degree murder of three babies. The Grand Jury report alleged that Gosnell killed hundreds of infants by sticking scissors into their necks. Do you support Kermit Gosnell's actions? Why not?

  1. Would you support legislation that protects a woman's right to post-birth abortion?

Hillary Clinton in interview with Barbara Walters on 20/20, January 12, 1996. I transcribed the following from a youtube video.

HC: We need more parents to both get married and stay married in order to support children. There will always be exceptions.

BW: If you had a teenage daughter who became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion, not have the baby, would you support it?

HC: Uh oh gosh, I can't even imagine that decision. I'd I'd I would do whatever I could to support her um and it would be a terrible decision, and we can avoid that being a choice if children are given good, responsible information and an ability to say "NO" um at an earlier age.

BW: Do you feel that a parent should be notified if an under-aged daughter wants to have an abortion?

HC: I believe in parental notification. I think there are exceptions, there are situations in which the family is so dysfunctional that parental notification is not appropriate, but in general I do believe, I think that families should be part of helping their children through this.

Stop with the pro-choice label. You can’t have it both ways.

Thank you for referencing that article NYer. As usual, please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

The major constitutional problem that constitutionally low-information Mr. White overlooks concerning his abortion questions to Hillary is the following.

The states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for abortion purposes. The reason that the corrupt federal government is now doing so is this.

As a consequnece of the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Senate confirming state sovereignty-ignoring, pro-abortion activist justices, these lawless justices not only wrongly stole legislative power to legislate the fictitious constitutional right to have an abortion from the bench, but they breached the Founding States division of state and federal government powers to steal 10th Amendment-protected state legislative powers to do so.

And even though Congress has the constitutional authority to remove state sovereignty-ignoring justices from the bench, corrupt lawmakers hide behind the Courts pro-abortion scam to keep their voting records clean to fool constitutionally low-information, pro-life voters into reelecting them.

Remember in November !

When patriots elect Trump, or whatever conservative they elect, they will also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will be willing to not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support the president, but also be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring, pro-abortion activist justices.

Thank you very much for posting this exchange. If anyone were to remind her of this today, she would probably say she as "evolved" on the issue.

Good to hear from you! Hope you are well.

She's trying to make them free, which would likely make them more widespread.   Shame on her.
