In one e-mail, Clinton pressured Sullivan to declassify cabled remarks by a foreign leader.
"Just e-mail it," Clinton snapped, to which Sullivan replied: "Trust me, I share your exasperation. But until ops converts it to the unclassified e-mail system, there is no physical way for me to e-mail it."
In another recently released e-mail, Clinton instructed Sullivan to convert a classified document into an unclassified e-mail attachment by scanning it into an unsecured computer and sending it to her without any classified markings. "Turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure," she ordered.
Top Secret/SCI e-mails received by Clinton include a 2012 staff Âe-mail sent to the then-secretary containing investigative data about Benghazi terrorist suspects wanted by the FBI and sourcing a regional security officer. They also include a 2011 message from Clinton's top aides that contains military intelligence from United States Africa Command gleaned from satellite images of troop movements in Libya, along with the travel and protection plans for Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was later killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi.
"Receiving Top Secret SAP intelligence outside secure channels is a mortal sin," said Chris Farrell, director of investigations for Judicial Watch, the Washington-based public law firm that has successfully sued State for Clinton's e-mails.
"A regular government employee would be crucified, and they are, routinely," added Farrell, who as a former Army counterintelligence agent investigated such violations.
The prosecution of former CIA Director David Petraeus for mishandling secret intelligence centered on a classified-information nondisclosure form he signed swearing to protect such information. Clinton signed the same agreement on Jan. 22, 2009.
As a result of Clinton's negligence, former Defense Secretary Robert Gates said in a recent interview he thinks "the odds are pretty high" that hostile foreign powers like Iran, China and Russia...

Using the government email would mean everything she said would be subject to the scrutiny of FOIA requests. She probably wanted to avoid that, likely due to whatever shenanigans she had going on with the Clinton Foundation.
FBI agents are zeroing in on three of Clinton's top department aides. Most of the Clinton emails deemed classified by intelligence agency reviewers were sent to her by her chief of staff Cheryl Mills or deputy chiefs Huma Abedin and Jake Sullivan.
This is huge and corrupt as hell. Chinese hackers? Other countries? Soetero and his top uber libby lawyer loon are caught in the middle. If they don't prosecute the country with the FBI and others will certainly rebel, if they do, Hillary will dump Soetero's secrets. Been waiting years for this. Need popcorn.
I don’t think she was capable of grasping anything related to foreign affairs, and Syd was the linchpin that kept her abreast of her job. Once the White House said they couldn’t hire Sid as a GS or a contractor...they shifted him over to a employee of the Foundation. Without Syd....she knew nothing much. If you measured up the incompetence level to the job....she has to be in the three most least capable Secretary of States that we’ve had in the last one hundred years.
One problem with that though I never worked near that high. Even where I did work we had incredible full body screens, cameras everywhere. A sensor would trigger alert an electronic screen or be seen pre walk in to the secure area. Maybe it could be done but if so the people , ALL OF THEM would have to KNOW they were doing friggin illegal as all hell sh^t!

If Syd was in possession of classified info at any level he should be prosecuted too.

We all need to keep this Hillary email/server scandal alive. She is trying to sweep it under the rug. We'll see what the FBI recommends and what Lynch does. .
Scenario: The Russian FSB hacked Hillary’s email server. They learn that Ambassador Sevens will be in Bengazi, his protection level, and his task on 9/11/2012 - namely to meet with a Turkish representative to arrange the transfer of arms to anti-Assad rebels in Syria. The CIA annex is also identified.
Russia is allied with Assad and it’s in their interest to stop this arms transfer. They leak the intel to whoever is on the spot to do their bidding - in this case, Al Queda.
For the FSB, mission accomplished!
