My bet is that the vote swing isn't so large; Reuters' quality control is pretty bad. But Freepers should know that Drudge's constant citing of Reuters rolling poll cherry-picks the good news for Trump, and includes people who have no intention of voting for Republicans.

Wonder how much that’ll change after Cruz’s upcoming win in Iowa?

Uh, yeah... “No filters” means allowing non-voters, democrats, etc., to vote. That’s why 26% wouldn’t vote.

What and where is the poll in the headline. This seems suspicious

This poll is obviously a LIE as it doesn’t have TRUMP on top! Even the Zogby poll had Trump TIED with Hillary! TIED! They even provided numbers for EVERY OTHER CANDIDATE and showed that TRUMP had the best numbers against Hillary. Cruz’s numbers weren’t shown because HE’S NOT AMERICAN! Zogby was *obviously* only polling for qualified candidates. Every hates Cruz so much that even the pollsters don’t want to say his name. That’s why he was excluded!

Trump doesn’t need polls! He doesn’t need debates! He transcends it ALL, like JESUS, but with better hair!

You’re only posting this because you know Cruz can’t win and you want HILLARY to win! Stop posting your loser propaganda!

Cruz beat DT in NH poll last week who asked that question by 8 points. Yeah, in NH. Last polls I checked with internals all show Cruz with the most favorable ratings. I don’t imagine his schoolboy antics today will persuade anyone to his side and he may well lose votes today. He lies about Vander Plaat, calls Cruz a liar about what pray tell? I was hoping Kelly would ask for specifics on that during the debate. His temper tantrum about Kelly. All very unbecoming. Who would back a city commissioner who acted like that? His family only.

And if pigs had wings, they could fly. It is not a one on one race. And it won’t be. Rubio is in it until the end. And there will be bitter clingers as well who refuse to get out.

Normally I’d say not much; that a win by Cruz would simply help him get the non-Trump vote, pushing the numbers towards what we see here.

But I gotta think so many of Trump’s fans support him because they think he can get away with murder (FIGURATIVELY) because of his “charisma.” They probably expect he’ll bring out all sorts of people who wouldn’t vote and greatly outperform the polls saying that even Hillary Clinton would hand his ass to him on a silver platter.

A good smack-down in Iowa might possibly teach some Trump groupies that no, he’s not invinceable.

That match-up will never happen, what’s the point? Unless Cruz switches to Dem. It’s well within the margin of error which is why they have traded places back and forth over time. Nice try.

Trump is imploding. Dropping out of this debate is stupid and childish. Is this how he will act as POTUS. He will have to deal with media people he doesnt like. If he cant handle Megyn Kelly, how can he handle Putin.

You know, the sad thing of it is, I can’t tell if there should be a /sarc tag (I haven’t read many of your posts). You post sounds exactly like many Trump supporters here - they are beyond parody at this point.

All assertions for which you have no proof, and which are unprovable anyway.
