Never heard of Tony Perkins. Is he son of actor Tony Perkins from Alfred Hitchcock movie Psycho?

No; the actor Tony Perkins was the son of a VERY famous actor, Osgood Perkins, and had two children, Oz Perkins and Elvis Perkins.
