Donald Trump feud causes panicking Fox News CEO Roger Ailes to call Ivanka and Melania in attempt to get the frontrunner BACK to the debate - but he'll only speak to Murdoch

Donald Trump's refusal to attend Fox News' debate on Thursday night has sent Fox News into chaos The network's CEO has reportedly reached out to both Ivanka and Melania Trump to try and get the Republican front-runner to change his mind He refuses to attend over the inclusion of anchor Megyn Kelly as one of the debate moderators and will only speak to network head Rupert Murdoch Kelly meanwhile welcomed liberal filmmaker Michael Moore on her program Tuesday night who applauded her handling of the Trump feud One Fox News anchor said of Moore and Kelly; 'That would be like Rachel Maddow laughing along with Charles Koch as he trashed Hillary Clinton!' Trump called Kelly a 'lightweight reporter' on Wednesday morning and his campaign manager said she is 'completely obsessed' with Trump

The Fox News and Donald Trump feud is heating up now that the Republican front-runner has announced he will not be attending the network's debate Thursday night over the presence of anchor Megyn Kelly.

And while the network appears to be publicly siding with Kelly, who is still set to moderate Thursday's debate, the network is also reportedly trying to privately plead with Trump the best way they know how - through the women in his life.

Joe Scarborough revealed on Morning Joe Wednesday morning that Fox News CEO Roger Ailes had been trying to contact both Ivanka and Melania Trump hoping they could convince Trump to change his mind.

Trump has a brass set, the media sycophants have a glass set, and you have no set.

It does not seem that Murdoch has involved himself in this situation yet, but should be be forced to step in and take over it could mean trouble for Ailes according to Sherman.

New narrative! Rupert Murdoch has weighed in . Its Google’s fault! https://twitter.com/rupertmurdoch/status/692380508907507712

Google has cleverly planted dozens of their people in White House, Downing St, other governments. Most brilliant new lobbying effort yet.

I am a Cruz supporter, but I cannot help but admire how adept Trump is at playing the media game.

You gotta give him that. He knows how to fight. If it weren't for the fact that he will likely nominate crappy moderate/liberal judges to the federal bench, I would be a Trump supporter.

Yup. We need to spread the word. We need a news service that rivals the big guys, but ran by conservatives.

He can either go with “there she goes again” or “I paid for that microphone!” (ratings).

It would be nice to have a Republican debate that centers on conservatism for a change instead of the fraud known as Donald Trump.

It’s simple, Fox. Apologize and sideline that bitch Megyn.

YUP! It is that simple. As Pappy would say; it’s plain as the doo-dads on a tomcat. Actually I give Ailes a failing mark that it went the distance it has. Perhaps he’s blinded by the glint of too many blonds.

He has nothing to loose by doing so.....never did when he entered...and won't if he looses the election itself. This is an narcissistic old man playing out his last days dancing on the world stage.....paying out a lot of money for the media to give him this attention....they both win.

I am a Donald Trump and a Ted Cruz supporter. They are both wonderful candidates for POTUS.
I will be happy for either of them to win against Hillary C., Bernie S., Elizabeth W., Joe B., or Martin O.

You should probably understand that Donald Trump isn't paying for media airtime.
The media outlets are eagerly flocking to him. Big difference.

No,...it's Trump who is... ‘saying’.... he's not paying for air time....that does not mean there isn't an exchange of money...surely you know how this man operates, ‘if’ you've researched his dealings and how he operates.

The media and Trump are keeping this “beast” alive for their own personal gains of revenue....might as well milk the public dry yet again....advertisers too make their share of this circus.........but it is anything but a race for the Presidency.....it's a show and that which is ultimately going to cripple this country all the more.

“I am a Donald Trump and a Ted Cruz supporter. They are both wonderful candidates for POTUS.”

This seems to have been a very prevalent opinion here up until a few months ago, with many assuring us “Trump will implode”.

Once it got more serious and Trump didn’t “implode”, liberal infiltrators and sleeper trolls were activated until we have the nasty situation here now.

Now, many alleged Cruz supporters spew nothing but derision and hate while complaining about all the vile Trump supporters, most of whom seem to still be sticking with the original premise.

The problem in this entire situation, as I see it, is that somehow, Megan Kelly has allowed herself to become the news, instead of being the reporter or the commentator. By becoming the news, for whatever reason, she has disqualified herself from being a moderator and should step down. An honorable person would recuse herself.

Those are her orders.
