Why should he go to the debate? He has the upper hand, FOX will take a major financial hit due to lost revenues and Trump is getting front page coverage. Its a win-win for him. To add insult to injury, CNN is going to host his Wounded Warrior fundraiser during the same time as the GOP debates. Again, Trump is getting additional coverage. Trump knows exactly how to play hardball with those amateurs and come out the winner every time.
