God bless Senator Cruz for his staunch pro-life stance. That issue is my line in the sand, and I will not cross it.

Cruz doesn't come close to representing my pro-life perspective. In fact, Cruz advocates what I see as a major step in the wrong direction in this matter. Cruz says the unborn child is a person. But instead of saying (A) that the Constitution guarantees that no person shall be deprived of their life without due process, Cruz says (B) I support passing a law which codifies that it's ok to kill some of these persons. Cruz can call himself pro-life all day long, and thousands of folks can agree with him, but I am not supporting any candidate who fails to recognize the personhood of every individual human being regardless of their age.
