Obama doesn’t build the Atlas V rocket, Lockheed/Boeing does. Why are they relying on Russian engines now, and why did they decide to use Russian engines when the vehicle was introduced in 2002?
Obama had nothing to do with it, except to the extent that he's had 7 years to fix it and has done nothing at all.
