Perhaps you need to investigate your candidate a little more and discover the list of 50 or so banks where the D has loans, Goldman Sachs is only one.
Only the D feels he does not have to pay the money back, unlike the rest of us poor schmucks who would lose everything.

Why did the money he raised last night go straight to the Donald J. Trump Foundation and not the vets?

You are so lacking in knowledge of how cash/money is handled.

The $6 million he collected for Vets can not be stuck in his personal checking account! It has to have a place to go which is not considered his private account.

This event was arranged on a very very very short notice.
Like a few hours. Not enough time to set up a separate account, so the money was deposited into Trump foundation account. IT IS NOT UNDER DIRECT CONTROL OF TRUMP. He can not cash out anything from that account for personal use.
