If past is prelude to the future, and since I assume you may have paid attention to my comments over the years, you are most likely correct in your surmise.
See you after Super Tuesday then.
Get the language back.
No ‘illegal immigrants’; but BORDER INVADERS.
No ‘transgendered’; but MENTALLY ILL.
No ‘government money’; but OUR TAXES.
The only thing worse than cheating on your wife is telling her about when it is over just to relieve your conscious. Take that one with you to your grave.
Why?
I am paying my way thru my insurance company.
You know what? I can’t take exception with a single thing you said. We are both clearly pissed about the very same things.
Cheers!
Cheers.
” I found out; when I turned 65; that I; too; was on Medicare. Why?”
In my case My HP retirement insurance would only cover me if I signed up for medicare. They do that because medicare becomes primary and it saves them a lot of money.
BTW, I believe the way it works is that if a person doesn’t sign up for medicare when you turn 65 and are on SS, you can’t get it later if you need it.
>>>I’d like some dates, places and context.
Re:
“Everybody’s got to be covered. This is an un-Republican thing to say. I’m going to take care of everybody.... The government is going to pay for it.”
Last September, interview on 60 Minutes:

Yes there are always backups if people are prodded to provide them. I was against the method, not the reason. Hang me.
You as a Trump man must be an expert on liars. He lies all the time, and you are his big fan. Explain that one.
That’s true. They’re like the guy who things the whore they’re fond of (Trump) would be a great person to run the whorehouse since she knows all the tricks. Never mind the whore Trump has his own real agenda. And he, as an inveterate liar, is able to fool them as if they were born yesterday.
Good one. They’d have us believe Trump has merely been Churchill crossing the aisle in his 20’s to help the working man. Weird.
Trump’s stances on single-payer, abortion and the Kelo decision are well-documented, as is his position on “assault weapons.” His position in 2000 was that the GOP was in lockstep with NRA. The fact the “assault weapons” ban was law at the time is immaterial, as the point is he was agreeing with it.
People can try as they might to attribute those positions to “years ago,” or “making nice for business’ sake,” but the fact he’s vocally carried those stances is what should give voters pause.
“no replies”
Oh? Silly? Well I certainly don’t think it is
Oh much to tell you! Much much much. In a word⦠GREAT !! i’ll message you privately
OK, LOL, I was trying to get away with abbreviating but you’re not gonna let me are you?! Ha ha. I can understand eminent domain under certain narrow circumstances. However when it’s for the good of entrepreneurs and business men? No they should not be able to take my possessions, my property!! that

You are really streching, with very little substance. He made the comment 15 years ago, which certainly is “years ago”. It is relevant that he only supported what was already law. The Republican candidate at the time, George Bush, went further, saying that he would sign a renewal of the “Assualt Weapon Ban” if it came to his desk. Trump did not support more infringements on the Second Amendment.
In the present, and for several years previous, he has been a staunch Second Amendment supporter, and there are good reasons for his education on this issue.
It’s because they are desperate for change. In a very real way, Obama set them up for this.
