There has been a really bad tendency among teenagers and young adults to "tweak" ecigs to vape clouds like WW2 smokescreen destroyers... This involves ignorantly raising the voltage at which the devices are designed to work.

Absolutely right, every time one of those things has exploded on someone, it has been modified; or proved to have been modified.
