Yep, Iran, Russia, China and for sure Israel (less concerned) already have them. But lets not let IG’s and select committee members see them, they might get to the bottom of Clinton’s criminal activity.
I think Clinton is in really bad shape, so much so that no one at this point at State is going to stick their neck out beyond slow boating the release of her email. Exception being deep sixing damning evidence pointing to Odunga.

A good bit of SAP and Top Secret stuff is likely known by foreign, but it is not a sure thing. However, all of that is classified so the US public will not see it, as they might not understand the significance.
