I will always listen to Rush but he could have been talking about himself.

I know, Rush is a hard core liberal in disguise............/s

“For 10 years we’ve assumed Fox was ‘our’ network”

It was about 10 years ago that I gave up on Fox as “our” network, or even a “fair and balanced” one.

I find it interesting the low information conservative voters and the “must be able to walk on water” conservative purists seem to be from the same cloth.

Rush has said he is endorsing no one candidate he is commenting on the contest itself. The game if you will.

Kelly is a feminist in the bad sense of the word, a davos dezien.

How about CNN morning blond who used to be on fnf who is quite confortable being a leftist.

I gave up on fox long ago. It is nice that they are finally being exposed for what they are.

I heard this today and it makes no sense. I feel Rush is flailing about, trying to figure out what to do and what to say. Even he does not understand any of this. He knows Trump is not conservative but he loves that he is pushing back like conservatives want the Repub party to do. Strange election year. Who knows what is going to happen.

Limbaugh like the fact that Trump muddies the water of all things conventional. But he's uncomfortable with Trump's lead and more importantly the power that Trump seems to be getting or rather has built.

I've always believed Trump was originally considered a side show and would fizzle out. I believe Rush thought that. And I even believe that Trump felt that it was all a tempest in a teapot in the beginning. To a degree, that Limbaugh tagged on Trump's popularity only lent credence to Trump's rise. If in the long run he doesn't want Trump as the standard bearer, to a degree he's got himself to blame.

A lot of people have ended up surprised with Trump's situation, including I believe Limbaugh AND Trump. So Trump has decided to ride the wave.

And quite honestly, it would be an interesting battle should they turn on each other as I think they ultimately will if Trump scores in Iowa, NH and SC. Limbaugh's microphone vs Trump's twitter account.

Buckle up. It could get interesting.

There is a scholarly book by a Poly Sci prof (conservative) named Tim Groseclose called “Left Turn,” where he used accepted poly sci methodology and showed a spectrum of where all the networks/outlets and Fox was below the “50” line which was “objective.” Fox was at 46, but two (I can only remember one, McNeill Lehrer) were above 50, NONE above 60, but plenty under 40 (i.e., hard left).

I strongly recommend a book by a friend, Tim Groseclose, “Left Turn.” Tim is a political scientist and he used acceptable political science methods to construct a “spectrum” of where the networks/outlets fall (with 50 being middle of the road, 60 conservative, 40 liberal).

Fox came in at a 46, and only two outlets came in over 50 (I forget one, but the other was McNeil Lehrer). His point was that Fox is in fact NOT conservative.

Is he speaking of the gang at Fox, now pushing Rubio because of their boss, Murdoch?
Maybe his brother.

I thought for sure Branstad would endorse someone if Cruz was going to win. I guess this means Cruz is going to Luze.

Just another one that expects others to believe exactly as they do or they get labeled or worse.

Rush has said he is endorsing no one candidate he is commenting on the contest itself.

The other day, Rush did a 3 hour Cruzathon. He spent the next 2 days trying to extract himself from the pile he stepped in.

Conservative columnist and eleven-time New York Times best-selling author Ann Coulter is blasting Fox News:

“When it comes to immigration, Fox News is indistinguishable from George Soros,” the popular columnist wrote Thursday.

The “Rupert Murdoch enterprise,” Coulter writes, “is implacably pro-open borders, pro-amnesty and, consequently, anti-Trump.”

As Breitbart News has previously reported Rupert Murdoch, Fox News’ founder, is the co-chair of what is arguably one of the nation’s most powerful immigration lobbying firms, the Partnership for a New American Economy. Via his lobbying firm, Murdoch endorsed Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)

There’s a clue in there somewhere.....

Yes, I once thought they were on our side, but I figured them out several years ago. The husband still watches some stuff on DVR, but I have noticed that he is watching less and less FOX lately.

Yes, I heard him speak of his friendship with her. He also referred to her as the long cool woman in a black dress on the cover of Vanity Fair, just before the debate. It was just going into a commercial break on his show yesterday. Sounded very friendly.
