Donald Trump leads the Republican field among federal employees, but many still say they would never work for him.

One in four federal workers would consider leaving their jobs if Trump were elected president, according to a new survey conducted by the Government Business Council, Government Executive Media Group’s research arm. About 14 percent of respondents said they would definitely consider leaving federal service under President Trump, while an additional 11 percent said they might. The findings indicate those leaving government would come from agencies' top ranks, as a majority of respondents were in General Schedule positions GS-13 and higher.

Good. Then he can fire the other 75%, and replace them all with a minimal proportioned work force and we should be able to reduce our income tax after that alone.....

“Considering” and “doing” are two different things.

That’s great. We’d get an immediately smaller government, and Trump wouldn’t even have had to raise a finger. What a wonderful advertisement for Trump!

Exactly. These people have zero capacity to function in a market-based economy and they know it...they’re going nowhere.

Huge boost to his ratings. Movie stars leave, we cut the fed gravy train by half, these are GOOD directions.

So pleased to hear we can expect some of the excess bloat to take care of itself. I do wonder where these overpaid government workers will get a job that pays them for doing very little productive work.

But these same government employees have absolutely NO problem with working for an izlamist-loving america-hating community organizer whose sole purpose in the White Hut is to radically transform this country to be another socialist and/or muzlimist third-world hellhole?

What gives their opinion any credibility or importance in any matter?

“25% of Feds Would Consider Leaving Their Jobs if Trump Becomes President”

95% would be so much better.

As much as I despise Trump, it might be partially worth it if this were true (and they weren't replaced.)
