Sounds like extortion to me: “Pay me money and something bad might not happen.”
To: TigerClaws
YO! Send me money and I promise not to commit a crime. ;-)

The gov’t wouldn’t be paying them to not commit crimes. It would be paying them to not get caught.

Paying criminals not to commit crime.
They already pay people not to work.

They don’t need to pay . Just say “no free stuff” if you, your spouse, or your kids commit a crime. I don’t know why we don’t already say that.
To: TigerClaws
I am owed considerable backpay — I’ve spent over 50 years not committing crime.
#Not committing crime does not pay.

If they send me 5,000 a year I promise not to bring down their website or do any other mischief...
If we get enough cities doing this, I can make a living not doing anything bad...

Under the bill, city officials would identify up to 200 people a year who are considered at risk of either committing or becoming victims of violent crime. Just 200?
I can think of ...535+2+9=546 prominent ones, and that doesn't even take it to the Cabinet...

Reparations. ...correct? Wow. My mom is entitled land due to our Cherokee heritage. She didn’t take it. She said that the gov will just take it back.
