Yes, I've been saying that for years and can't understand how FR can't see that. When it comes down to saving their retirement, the big commanders will say and do anything. And don't forget our Terrorist in Chief has move out those leaders with any back bone and placed his minions in key positions. When the shtf, the lower ranks will turn on the US citizens so they can keep their paychecks so their families can eat and won't be on the list to Auschwitz.

Political officers are not the real power in the military. It’s the hard bitten career officers who win the hearts and minds.
The military is accumulating scorn for us ‘civilian pukes’, but it would take an anti-puke leader to launch any kind of a coop.
The Ultimate Civilian Puke right now is Obama. If he launched a coup, they would enjoy hazing the creep before locking him up under armed guard.
A pro-military president would be more confident and stand a better chance of pittng the military against us. Fortunately, every pro-military candidate we see running is patriotic.
