Donald Trump just accused Ted Cruz of stealing the Iowa caucuses over the Cruz campaign's admission that it helped spread a rumor that Ben Carson was dropping out of the race:

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump Ted Cruz didn't win Iowa, he stole it. That is why all of the polls were so wrong and why he got far more votes than anticipated. Bad!

Hey Donald,

Consider the Cruz victory in Iowa to be his style of eminent domain, state by state.

Get it in terms you understand big boy?

I thought the Iowa caucus didn’t matter?

I don’t want to hear Trump whine for four years. Enough. If you can’t handle politics, get out.

His whining is really annoying me.

Yo Donnie boy... what happened to all that magnanimity on Tuesday night after you lost?

You sound like the Sore-Loserman crowd in Palm Beach County, FL back in 2000.

Accept it. You lost.

Lol, he’s just controlling the media cycle and disrupting the Cruz campaign.

Cruz and his dirty tricks are probably not illegal. But it’s a good tactic to put him on the defensive.

If you think stealing is a conservative trait then I guess you are lost. Probably no help for you at your age. Saturday night that fraud Cruz is going to have to answer himself. Of course the media has been very friendly to Cruz for some reason probably because he would lose to Bernie and Hillary. But whatever let’s nominate a thief and in the next breath says, “By the grace of God”.......when really it should have been “by the grace of stealing”.

The more I hear from Donald Trump, the more appalled I am. He is a petulant buffoon. Perhaps he is a deal making savant at pursuing his own business interests. But the thought of him in the oval office is increasingly scary.

Ok, I’ve been quiet thus far but the Donald is losing it big time.

Let’s write this one off to a bad decision, akin to Cruz’s “Voter Violation” mailing.

If it keeps up, though, I may have to reassess my affinity for Trump.

So we can add “sore loser” to Trump’s qualifications.

Amazing.

Cruz pulls several underhanded, scummy tricks which directly affect people’s votes and could very well have changed the outcome of the Iowa caucus. Trump calls him on it. The reaction of you people is to viciously attack Trump.

The only conclusion is that you approve of underhanded, dirty tricks to win an election and you’re no better than the candidate you obviously support.

If Carson's voters would have gone to Trump, why didn't they?

Is a re-do going to help anything? Obviously, Carson will not win. So Trump wants to win on a vote split? Sounds like a loser to me.

I was on Twitter that night, and this was on CNN, which started an absolute avalanche of Tweets.

Also this:

This stuff is all calculated by Trump. The dude isn’t stupid.
He knows he’ll troll enough people and get enough press coverage to use as he chooses. If the media and folks who hate him ignore him, he loses all power. But people just can’t help themselves. Unfortunately, too many jump at any hook he throws down and he gains from it. He is a master of media and people manipulation.

Amazing. He seems to just be digging himself a deeper hole to be buried in.

I know I never answer the phone for polls or whatever because it’s none of their business who I plan to vote for. I doubt that I’m alone. That, by itself, has to skew the tallies.

>>Leave it alone Donald Just move on...

I agree. No one running for office should ever complain about dirty tricks or demand an apology. Move on.
