Trump doesn't meant this and has no intention of suing. He's trying to burn a news cycle so his loss in Iowa is not front and center. Say what you will about Trump being a buffoon (I wouldn't disagree) but he is always thinking of ways to give himself an advantage.

“Some”? Only the certifiably delusional among us - and Donald Trump, of course...
Trump didn’t want to sue or pay for a suit to compel Obama to prove his eligibility, but he’s willing to sue over Cruz’s win of the Iowa caucus and has more than suggested that someone sue regarding Cruz’s eligibility. I continue to wonder just whose side Trump is really on, aside from his own.

I definitely think Cruz is not who he appears to be. Not at all. Something is wrong there.
Trump is being Trump. No doubt about it.
At this point, I fear we are going to end up with Marco Rubio.
