That’s just it. They are PROPOSALS. Nothing in his past says he is anything but a typical New York liberal.
If Cruz is natural born and eligible then why not a Saudi- born candidate with an American mother and Saudi father? Or a candidate born in Red China or N. Korea? Cruz is attempting to impose a terrible precedent.
Seriously.. Are you trying to tell me Stand for Truth, a Super-PAC of Mitch McConnell’s attorney donates heavily to Cruz ???

Based on what? If someone who’s a member of Club for Growth donates to Cruz, that is NOT the same as Club for Growth donating to Cruz.
The Constitution imposed the precedent. Candidates also have to live here for 14 years before being eligible.

No, I don’t buy it. I have listened to Levin’s explanation as to his fiancé’s son working for Cruz in D.C. and I have to say, I totally agree with Levin on this one. A Jr. staffer does not influence the boss, they are nothing but paper pushers. They do not have the influence that the Sr. staffers do in the area of political influences. These young guns are there to learn, they are not there to lead the pack.

Of course Rubio is an establishment hack. Cruz is the real change we need. Trump is change based on him changing his mind every day on what he believes.

Something is really fishy on the whole Levin thing. The way he totally overreaacted to Sundance because his soon to be step son worked on Cruz staff. Offering 5k to find out who told on him. You know there has to be something more going on, it was just not rational.

Gee, you wouldn’t want to provide any sort of context for that list, would you? I don’t see anything in it indicating that this is a list of donations to Cruz. Looks more like a list of assorted political donations by these entities.
True - before the 14th and 15th amendments, recognition of rights of citizenship was pretty much restricted to whites.
But that doesn't change the underlying fact that the entirety of American common law usage on this issue was that an NBC was someone born here (jus soli), not someone whose parents had American citizenship.

I don’t know... I’m so tired right now...
When this election season started, I was really happy and eager. I thought that we had two great candidates and they were at the top. I figured that the best one would win, and then we’d all reunite in order to stomp all over Hillary.
Now I can’t even post an opinion without getting venom sprayed at me at fire-hose level pressure. And worse, I’m finding myself more and more likely to start doing the same thing, lashing out wildly in anger and emotion. I don’t like myself when I’m like this. I’ve tried to correct things, but all my attempts at offering peace to those I’ve fought with so far have been spurned.
I’m so tired... I can’t stand this any more...
Cruz will come in 5th or 6th in NH and that will be the last we hear out of him. Rubio is the real competition. All the GOPe and MSM are getting behind Rubio. Trump is going to have to go after Rubio hard.
