Ok, I will ask you the same question that I asked another...Are you fine with your 18 year old daughters being forced into military service with the potential of being in a Combat Arms position? In a combat zone?
I’ll answer this, though it’s all hypothetical, as I don’t have kids.

2. This NIMBY attitude is part of the reason why we end up in these screwed up situations.
If the same people who feel so passionately about the potential for their daughters to get drafted poured that energy into protesting women in combat / infantry roles, perhaps this wouldn’t even be a subject for debate.
