MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Sen. Ted Cruz has raised $3 million since the Iowa caucuses and $10 million since the beginning of January, his campaign manager announced on Thursday.

Jeff Roe wrote on Twitter that Cruz had received 182,000 contributions since January 1, averaging $55 per donation.

The fundraising rush is only likely to expand Cruz's cash lead in the GOP race. He ended 2015 with $18.7 million, more than $8 million more than his closest competitor, Sen. Marco Rubio...

We’ve got a country to save...you should be happy he’s aggressively raising money!

At 55 bucks each, you see Wall Street money? Sheesh.

Trump 10 trillion.

And yet he won’t authorizing a single additional campaign worker to be added to his New Hampshire “operation” that his staff begged him for.

Clicking unsubscribe on the email just seems to have made it worse.

It's called fleecing the flock. Especially funny coming from a man that is a prophet of political piety who doesn't tithe - moreover, Ted has the mega-million PAC donors who buy his vote. When it comes to deciding globalism or no globalism whose money speaks louder? The fleeced flock or the big money donors. Easy answer.

St. Cruz wants the little flock-lettes to feel like they are contributing while he dances to the tune of his big daddy donors.

And they buy it hook, line and sinker.

I say, hey,,give Ted even more $$$!

That is who I want in charge of our budget. Trump clearly is best for the budget.

Politics is war. So, when President Trump’s generals say they need more troops for a certain battle Trump committed them to, and in which they have begun to suffer losses and he says “I’m not giving you one single additional soldier ... that’s good?

But seriously, NOW it is HIS personal money and protecting that is more important than trying to do his best in the campaign.

He is doing best in his campaign. At the LEAST he is 2nd overall. He easily can win the whole thing. I know you don’t like him and that is fine, but I think he looked at the “war” and see it is not necessary. As far as a real war, he will look at the request and make the decision.

Rubio’s votes cost him a lot more per vote than Cruz’s. Ted actually manages a campaign efficiently while Marco spends like a Rino.

Haven’t seen you around Free Republic much over the past few years Jane. I’ve been on the forum daily.

Why are there so many people like you suddenly participating AND attacking the most conservative candidate running?

I have been a Trump supporter, but preferred Cruz for his consistent track record as a conservative. Trump impressed me with his strong comments on issues like immigration, but he has let me down already with personal attacks on conservative candidates all while boasting of his ability to work with people like Reid and Pelosi.

I am not attacking Trump. I still think I can support him if he does not shift left in the general and picks a solidly conservative VP.

But Cruz is proven. I do not have to wonder whether he is going to do what he says.

Why are people like you determined to bash the most conservative candidate in the race? Do you work for Trump? Are you paid to do this?

GOPe hates Cruz. Liberals hate Cruz. Planned Parenthood hates Cruz. Why are you siding with them? Do you share their values?

That’s funny, unlearner....I’ve not seen you around FR much, over the past few years. And, I am also on this forum, daily. Strange, isn’t it?

Maybe I’ve seen you on the 300 Club roster, or the $1/day roster...for FR donations. Yeah...that’s probably it.

If not, feel free to make your very much appreciated donation to to Free Republic, right here....and support the FReepathon....
