You think putting your name on the donor list somehow makes it okay to trash the most conservative candidate on a conservative forum.

You can’t form a coherent argument to defend your putrid, disgusting, filthy comments. It is people like you who are bringing this site down.

If you had a justification for attacking the most conservative candidate you could have easily answered the question. Instead you double down on stupid.

If you really want to help the cause of conservatism, then drop the smug, better-than-you, know-it-all, condescension and become a truth seeker and truth teller. Otherwise the help you think you are contributing is no help at all.

Look Miss Sensitive, ask *libbylu if she has ever heard of Jane Long. Ask all those Freeper freeloaders here who built a strictly Cruz site to bar free speech as a pre-requisite for entering in their hovel of hate for TRUMP, which is your own main beef. Yes, ask them.

Over here you get to dare to grill another Freeper about their bono fides and you get to invade their space with demands to answer to you and your unpleasant attitude toward TRUMP. Over there, at the pouting FReeper site, you don’t have to put up with Trump supporters.

Q&A goes both ways, when some strange bird out of the blue starts making demands. If you’re such an old timer, maybe you should figure out how to use search, slickster, before you engage with attitude in grilling Jane Long. You know nothing of how to do that?

I do not claim to be perfect. You certainly can find faults with me. But you missed the point. I am pointing out what you just did right here on this forum.

Instead of owning up to it, you attack the messenger. This is not what wise people do. Wise people appreciate correction and become even wiser. Fools hate correction.

You continue to dance around the question. You post nasty comments about the most conservative candidate in the race, and cannot explain your fixation that drives you to do so.

Why not Hillary? Why not Bernie? Why not Trump for that matter? Do you think Trump has no flaws? Why is your vitriol is directed to the MOST conservative candidate? Why do you side with the Democrats, GOPe, and Planned Parenthood? Is there any sense or logic to your attacks as someone who claims to be conservative?

I can list a lot of flaws with Trump, but I prefer to direct my criticisms toward the enemy rather than someone who I might end up voting for.

I do not prefer Trump, but if he is the most conservative we can get elected, I will support him. I certainly do not want to help Hillary or the Democrats by perpetuating negativity against our own team.

So, when you are done defending yourself, bragging about your contributions, and attacking the most conservative candidate in the presidential race, please find time to explain WHY you are attacking Cruz.

Your comment is such a jumbled mess I cannot even tell if it is directed at me or not. It appears to be so because you replied to my post.

I am NOT a Trump hater. Supporting Cruz does not at all mean I hate Trump or do not support Trump. It does irritate me when he belittles conservatives like Cruz or Carson rather than focussing on policy differences. I also would rather see Cruz do the same.

I have said repeatedly I intend to vote for Trump if he wins the primaries. My position has changed now that he has started saying things about getting along with Pelosi and Reid. Now, I insist that he NOT shift left in the general if he wants my support.

I do not even need to say that about Cruz. He has already earned his bonafides. But, yes, I expect the same from him or any other candidate I support.

If you prefer Trump, great. Promote him. But stick to conservative policies and positions if you do not want to get called out for siding with the enemy.

As I have repeatedly pointed out, Cruz is hated by the left, GOPe, Planned Parenthood, and all the other anti-conservative enemies of good governance. Why is that? Because he is “nasty”? Because he is a “liar”? Because “no one likes him”? Or is it because he is a diehard conservative?

Why does EVERY conservative rating put Cruz at the top?

I am sick and tired of seeing the first page or two of every thread filled with attacks against conservative candidates. And they are not attacks on policies. They are spreading memes that come from the enemies of conservatism.

I asked Jane Long why she felt the need to attack the most conservative candidate in this race. She has not answered.

I admit that I also questioned why I had not seen her around here until recently. Free Republic is a very big site, and I certainly am not familiar with every participant. I am sure I am not familiar to everyone either. So I will probably quit taking this approach with participants in the future who have been here for more than a couple of years. But it does make me deeply suspicious of the motives of participants who seem to make it their first priority to bash the most conservative candidate in the race.

I think it is a valid question on a conservative forum. There is not the slightest doubt in my mind that this site has more than a few liberal trolls who have come out of the woodwork to attack conservatives. I trust that her financial contributions to the site are evidence she is not doing so intentionally, but the trolls would be much easier to spot if self-proclaimed conservatives would quit doing their dirty work for them.
