Oh, it's OK. ISIS is "organized" and "professional".
Huh?
To: ButThreeLeftsDo
Ask some SS men about that legal concept.

Apply Hitler’s Commando Order if they weren’t in full uniform at the time of the arrest.

If they’re “combatants” they weren’t in uniforms....they can be considered spies and executed.

Boot them out of a plane, with a parachute and instruction manual. Over Somalia, I think, why should the Syrians have to deal with them?

They will lose, ISIS is not recognized under the Geneva Convention.

Why do I think that a certain MN member of Congress is going to get involved in this?
Unless he already is...
To: ButThreeLeftsDo
Fine, court martial and execute them as non-uniformed spies, saboteurs, and terrorists.

They say combatants are immune from criminal prosecutions for acts of war, including murder, against military targets. If that's the way it works, then they are military targets, and we can summarily kill them with impunity.

Did Obama or Bill Clinton appoint the judge?

They are traitors to this nation and have admitted to their allegiance with the enemy.

Of course they are, as mercenaries. They have no rights.

Combatants out of uniform? If I was a judge I would rule in their favor. I would send them out the rear of the courthouse to face a firing squad.

Holy Crap. We are in bizarro world.
The Feds are saying these guys aren’t covered under the Geneva Conventions for the same reasons SCOTUS specifically shot down in 2006 and the US agreed to comply.
The defense for these guys says they are covered under the Geneva Conventions.
Seems like they should go to GITMO until that question is re-settled.

Let’s NEVER forget the do-gooder morons who brought Somalis into the country as “refugees.” What a mess they left us.
