It’s an Italian thing. Love it! And the receptions, with guitars and mandolins made out of ham and cheese on the buffet table... Some of my happiest memories are of Italian-American celebrations. Better even than the Jewish ones, if that’s possible!

I’ve unfortunately never been to a Jewish one.
I didn’t make good Jewish friends until my early thirties.
I should be at one within the next five years though as some are getting married :)
