Never put it past the democrats to blackmail Rubio into doing what they want him to do. He does NOT want the gay stuff out there.

Yeah, I was disappointed with Rick Santorum on picking the pro amnesty establishment backed Rubio who would keep the American borders open and wonder is Santorum might be looking for a possible cabinet position. Or worse yet, if the rino right has some evil plan to destroy the anti establishment candidates. I have always voted, but now I will never vote for a pro amnesty sellout rino. It would be better not to and allow the evil to continue as the rinos are allied with the democrats in destroying American laws and liberties.

[(1) The Rubio-Schumer Gang of Eight Bill
(2) Obamatrade
(3) Blocking Curbs to Muslim Immigration
(4) Enabling His Corporate Backers to Replace Americans With Foreign Workers
(5) Blocking Food Stamp Reform
(6) Benghazi
(7) Worst Attendance Record]

Seems like a rino liberal to me.

I was thinking more along the lines of paying back everything you cost us while you were here, from the cost of educating your children, taxes a law-abiding citizen would have paid if you didn't have his job, free lunches, all of it. Not just some arbitrary fee.

It makes you wonder why they aren’t vetting Rubio.

The Angel story should be easy for an investigative journalist to verify by looking for the lawsuit.

The other stories are pretty bad too.

so what you are saying is that if one is stupid, and someone does not ask why you are stupid in the past, it is ok now?

“I agree with you that Congress is dysfunctional, on our side.

There is no real leadership on the Republican side. Cruz unfortunately was unable to effect any leadership and Rubio fortunately failed in his only attempt.

We will need a strong, effective president on our side, and soon, or we will be lost as a nation.

Did you happen to notice that a majority of Iowa Republicans voted against the establishment candidates?

I think that is encouraging to overcome your concern.

“On the other hand, first chance he got he did the gang of eight thing. “

It was far worse than that.

after being elected promising no amnesty, he immediately cosponsors amnesty.

He lied, and that is worse than just being a delusional idiot, thinking Chuck Schumer is on his side.

“And we all know what happened the last time we elected a smooth talking, polished, young, good looking, Senator with no experience.”

You forgot minority in those.

The Dems have already done the vetting to their satisfaction.

Rubio is desperate as he will not have a job at this time next year, so he will pull out all the stops, including the possibility of jumping ship to be the Dem nominee once the Communist is beaten and Hillary is jailed.

The Dems love a minority, smooth talking young guy who loves amnesty, with the bonus being LGBT.

If I remember correctly, Rubio was an anti-establishment candidate. So was Toomey. Paul Ryan?

We will need a strong president who will kick ass. Look at all the destruction Obama has caused, with two opposition houses. He will wreak even more havoc in the remaining 11 months.

We need a strong, tough, smart president -not a GWB type- to turn things around, if that is still possible.

amen on all that, friend.

It is why Trump is so popular, as he wants to kick ass.

Problem I see with him he is a narcissist like our current WH occupant. It is all about him, and him only.

What he says now will change if elected, as he will say “I thought about it and I think this is the way I must go”

Congress is useless unless led or intimidated by a strong president. These biennial victories have amounted to squat.

That’s all I’ve been trying to say on this thread.

Trump has been on the list of billionaires for a very long time. Far longer than he’s ever been a candidate.

However, if you’ll check, you’ll discover those were Chapter 11 bankruptcies and not Chapter 7.

Chapter 11 means everyone gets paid and the debts get rescheduled.

Chapter 11 means reorganization and thousands of jobs saved.

So, some people need to understand the difference between 7 & 11. It ain’t just a quick stop shop.

“Congress is useless unless led or intimidated by a strong president.”

What? Congress is very useful if they fight intimidation of a President by exercising the power of the purse or impeachment or both.

Don’t follow your reasoning, as HOW Congress reacts to an intimidating President is what matters, not that he is intimidating.
