I’d suggest taking any couple of sentences from a Trump speech or interview, is a waste of time. His shotgun style throws out too many variables in a nonlinear dialog.
It is not my expectation, it’s NumberUSA’s and I’d defer to their assumption since it jives with official policy on his website.
Just because you don't like or think his website says something different is for you to decipher.
