Trump Hammers Illegal Alien Gangs in America: ‘Beyond Belief’ MS-13 Has Foothold in Boston
Breitbart ^ | 02/05/16 | Matthew Boyle

Donald Trump, the 2016 GOP presidential frontrunner who's polling ahead of all his opponents here in New Hampshire, told Breitbart News on Friday morning that America is in dire straits if voters don't elect someone president who can get the nation's immigration crisis under control.

"If somebody great doesn't get in as president, we don't have a country anymore," Trump responded when asked by Breitbart News for his thoughts on recent congressional testimony by border patrol agents that the nation's immigration laws are basically nullified. "We're not going to have a country anymore."

The testimony, as reported by the Washington Examiner's Paul Bedard, found federal agents telling Congress of a "shocking reversal of policy" that has U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents "being told to release illegal immigrants and no longer order them to appear at deportation hearings, essentially a license to stay in the United States."

"We might as well abolish our immigration laws altogether," Brandon Judd, the president of the National Border Patrol Council -- a group that represents Border Patrol agents -- testified before the House Judiciary Committee.

Because of the non-enforcement directives coming from Washington -- ultimately from President Barack Obama, but also from his key administration officials -- Judd added in written testimony, criminals are rewarded.

"In the absence of consequences and enforceable laws innocent people are hurt, criminals are rewarded, chaos abounds, and cartels reap huge financial benefits," Judd wrote to the congressional committee.

Trump is blown away by these non-enforcement directives coming from the White House.

"It's beyond belief, actually," Trump told Breitbart News.

I agree. I can’t say what I think because I don’t want my door knocked down in about five minutes.

"This includes his touch back policy?"

There's zero similarity between Trump's policy and what is generally considered a "touchback". NUMBERSUSA points out; "The difference between Trump's Touchback and Pence's seems to be that Trump has put a lot of "have-to" steps before the amnesty would be given. Those steps might take years."

And you're right, immigration/border security is being discussed in a very open way. Trump led the charge on that.

In a city full of elected criminals (DC) the honest and trustworthy man stands alone.

I really have my doubts about anyone being able to fix the level of corruption found in those we have elected over the years.

The punishment for their deception should be life in prison for lying about their oath. Alas; that only happens in a perfect world - not the one we currently live in.

The shifting winds vane calls for 3 days of study and at least one each of deliberation and come-uppance. He’ll say, “I’m more against it than anyone and I’ll be against their little dogs, too.”

This city should be the crown jewel of America instead its looney tunes -w ith a significant part of the city run by paramiltary organizations.

So sad, this is what happens when enough dump people think they are smart and live in an echo chamber together.

Today I meet a French woman who has fleed France and she still looking as she said we are doing the same thing here that lead to over there. - San Bernadino she said I have to keep looking. Lived 200 meters from the theatre could still see she was very traumatized.

Wake up America, shake it up in our favor, vote for Captain Kick Ass - Vote for Trump. If he sucks vote for some else in 4 years but lets try a different type of professional, laywers, politicians, community activists have left us all wanting.

And he's exactly right, once again. Bold is my add.

It’s annoying to watch Cruz do just that, over and over. And his little cheering squad feverishly digging up ‘evidence’ to prove Cruz thought it first.

In the meantime, Rubio is being propped up everywhere and the Cruzers here say ‘meh, he’s ok, Rush said he’s a true conservative’.

Too blind to see the game being played in front of their eyes.

Ok - his plan is different from Mike Pence’s which would be valid if Pence was running for President.

But his policy does have touchback even if it’s a years long process. How can he be against illegals not only for the violation of law part, but for the drain on the economy and still allow them to come back in some time down the road?

Trump brought it and pushed it, you are 100% correct. But his plan is flawed because of this.

Pence is relevant in that his "touchback" is what is generally considered when using the term.

"But his policy does have touchback"

Untrue. His policy contains none, nor is any such provision inferred. "Touchback" -along-with "mass deportations" are characterizations used by the opposition, for reasons which should be obvious.

In addition, the "let the good one's back in" talking point has several qualifiers as well. Those that return/stay would have to meet several benchmarks. His policy and his speeches make it clear that immigration must be a net benefit to US citizens. Period.

"I would get people out and have an expedited way to get them into the country so they can be legal"; the GOP presidential candidate said, according to CNN.

There's a disconnect here. You are expecting them to stay out for a very long time and go through some laborious process and Trump is saying he'll expedite them back in.

Maybe he's changed his position to be more toward the one you are promoting, but then again it would be the first time Trump changed his stance on a major issue.

I’d suggest taking any couple of sentences from a Trump speech or interview, is a waste of time. His shotgun style throws out too many variables in a nonlinear dialog.

It is not my expectation, it’s NumberUSA’s and I’d defer to their assumption since it jives with official policy on his website.

And I pointed out why a quote is easily taken out of context. Which you apparently “don’t like”, Dude.
