TRump offered the old lady FOUR times what her property was worth. The SON wanted more. Went through the system..Trump lost so he built a fence around the property and moved on. An energy pipeline is indeed for the public good - we do need oil and energy sources for this country. A limousine parking lot for a casino does not meet that definition.
