The problem is putting women into combat, whether they are drafted or volunteer for the military. If it’s not on a voluntary basis, then women will be less likely to volunteer to serve in a non-combat role also. I don’t think women should serve in combat, but if there’s a draft I see no reason why they shouldn’t be subject to the draft on the same basis as men. But I don’t think there should be a draft except in a declared war, and I don’t think there will be.

So now that you have drafted all of those women who can’t engage and kill the enemy what are you going to do with them?

“but if there’s a draft I see no reason why they shouldn’t be subject to the draft on the same basis as men”

But in order to be “fair,” the draft should be split, 50/50 women/men.

That fair and equitable split would thereby, by necessity, require ALL combat jobs to be filled with women in order to fill the ranks, and that means physical standards must be reduced, meaning “women standards” for all men and women.

Once that 14th Amendment equal protection lawsuit is filed by the wimpy feminist “male” insisting women must face the same draft he does, a whole bunch of equal protection arguments will flood the courts and the military. And that will destroy our military. After all, that is the ultimate aim of obozo and his sycophants.
