You’re correct. That will be the straw that breaks Hillary the camel’s back. The leaks have indicated it’s a two pronged investigation. The money laundering and tax evasion are massive. The criminal mishandling of classified information seems to be confusing people.
The general public will understand her criminality associated with tax evasion. Even Obama won’t be able to find a rug big enough to sweep that under.
The owner of the server must also be under investigation. I guess its such a political hot cake that they felt the need to parse their phrasing.
There is an even larger issue - the fact that the Obama Administration is one big Chicago Way style white collar crime organization.
Obama has been able to stiff arm any investigation by blatant stonewalling of oversight investigations and obstruction of justice in every way possible.
One of his biggest tools is claiming executive privlige to avoid release of incriminating documents.
Hillary's server undoubtedly has all kinds of incriminating information on , along with the email addresses of all of the illegal secret private google and yahoo email accounts that the Obama Administration government officials used to further their illegal activities.
Since the out of the system information on Clinton's server was not official government documents, there is no way Obama can claim executive privilege to keep them out of the hands of investigators.
The Clintons are the ultimate insiders when it comes to comes to government corruption and the Clinton's secret to their success - their special talent for greasing the palms of an amazing number of high level public figures , is going to be their downfall and the downfall of a lot of the people who traded favors, bribes and access with them.

Hillary misleading about email probe during debate, former FBI agents say

Hillary Clinton used misleading language in Thursday night's Democratic debate to describe the ongoing FBI investigation into her use of a private email server to conduct official government business while she was secretary of state, according to former senior FBI agents.
In the New Hampshire debate with Senator Bernie Sanders, which aired on MSNBC, Clinton told moderator Chuck Todd that nothing would come of the FBI probe, "I am 100 percent confident. This is a security review that was requested. It is being carried out."
Not true says Steve Pomerantz, who spent 28 years at the FBI, and rose from field investigative special agent to the rank of assistant director, the third highest position in the Bureau. "They (the FBI) do not do security reviews," Pomerantz said. "What they primarily do and what they are clearly doing in this instance is a criminal investigation."
Pomerantz emphasized to Fox News, "There is no mechanism for her to be briefed and to have information about the conduct, the substance, the direction or the result of any FBI investigation."
Separately, an intelligence source familiar with the two prongs of the ongoing FBI probe, stressed to Fox that the criminal and national security elements remain "inseparable."
The source, not authorized to speak on the record, characterized Clinton's statement "as a typical Clinton diversion... and what is she going to say, "I'm 95 percent sure that I am going to get away with it?"
Fox recently learned that one of the FBI's senior agents responsible for counterintelligence matters, Charles H. Those that are waiting on her to be indicted will still be waiting long, long after Hell freezes over. If the FBI can prove later in court that she committed a crime, they themselves can charge and arrest her. They do not have to wait for an indictment. Those who think that she will be indicted are being played like a ten pound bass on the end of a fishing line.

She must lie awake nights sweating it out that a socialist nutcake like Sanders is actually beating her....she should have won Iowa hands down.
You know that she does. She is used to being worshiped by the peasants, not questioned. It is more like she is plotting revenge, not sweating, but she does lie awake at night. In my opinion, the World will be a much better place when every member of this Clinton clan is gone from it.

The private server and the chicanery around the Clinton Foundation are both (legally) very serious matters. However, you've nailed why the Foundation may be what ends up making it impossible for the Dems to back HRC: people understand old-fashioned bribery. Toss in some class warfare when more info about the staggering sums the Foundation has taken in gets out, and HRC will be toast with the general public.
They didn’t announce it Friday at 5PM, so that’s something.
