Only a few moments ago I posted the following reply to another thread:

If elected, Trump will not prove himself to be a stalwart conservative but a rank opportunist. We conservatives who blindly follow this narcissist will be crestfallen when the reality of serial betrayals sinks in.

I’ve been here for years, and yet this election cycle I am feeling the contention between Freepers more keenly this year than ever. And it’s not simply a mouse click away. Flame wars to the left of me, noob trolls to the right and snappy comments all over. I mean, this is one of the most civil disagreements I’ve seen on this thread and I wish everyone behaved so well, but I just hope everyone’s still here once this is settled. I feel like some kid watching their folks fight and thinking they’re going to get a divorce.

Heck, I’m just happy the two top candidates are not GOPe weenies.

“Socialist Sweep New Hampshire [SANDERS AND TRUMP]”

They both want BORDER SECURITY, albeit for somewhat different reasons.

So, if it takes a Socialist to bring us BORDER SECURITY, so be it.

BWA HAHAHA. Rage, rage against the light. When you can’t win, scream “socialist.”

...it took until last night before it was literally true, as New Hampshire gave a full-throated socialist a rout over semi-socialist Hillary Clinton on the Democrat side and the once and now apparently again socialist Donald Trump won...

It looks like American Thinker needs to take another look at the definition of "socialism."

Why do so many of these "journalists" invent their own unsupported assertions, and then desperately want the readers to follow them?

Please lay out your assertions and support them with logic and facts, and let the reader decide what to believe.

On this fine Wednesday morning we got gold punching up thru a ceiling that's held since last June!   OK, so now it's down -5% just below the peak but profit-taking is what it's all about.  Silver's up to 15.20 --still quite away from it's Oct. '15 top of $16.14 but now metals futures expect an all-around drop of -0.74% today.

Stocks leveled off yesterday in falling trade but futures say our "wait'n'see" will switch to more downward movement, to -0.55%.   Welcome to deflation city folks as all futures markets are going -0.71%!  Blame it on the Fed of course:

All true. Part of why I will never vote for Trump. Many on FR may all choose to get fooled, but not me. This guy will betray conservatives worse than Brutus betrayed Caesar.

I’m not a big Trump fan, but I think it is a stretch to call him a Socialist. I tend to agree with Trump. I think we can strengthen our Military without increasing spending. There is billions upon billions of graft, corruption and kickbacks in the procurement and contracting processes. You see stories all the time about the military paying thousands of dollars for something you can buy for $10 at Lowes.

Same end as a Socialist, much different means.

Trump is an opportunist NY Liberal, but he is no Socialist... and Sanders is a hard-core Marxist, not a Socialist, despite the label he proudly gives himself.

Congrats Trump Freepers, it's 1-1 now, and a total score of 17-10-7-4-3-3-1-0-0.

SC next, with the same 36-18 prediction expected.
