Here, the local city council made a law that spaces within a certain distance to busy corners of a major street intersections were not allowed to be handout places.....................
I view their standing on the street corner holding a sign as a “sales job”. One of the most lucrative careers is asking people for money. It’s something everyone should learn to do. It’s my job to say “no” and not reward them for standing on a corner.
The problem is the crazies and we have stopped locking them up so now we are hostage to them.
