Thank you. The disheartening part is that so many people are unwilling to take a little time to research for themselves to find answers. They accept things as they are presented to them, or reject what they don’t like. The Constitution and the presidency is not a plate of candies where you pick what you like. Yet, that seems to be the new way of running things. Just the easy way! Like everything else.

Nonsense. No federal court is likely to touch this topic, not even with a ten-foot pole.
But in the very unlikely case that a federal district judge did take up the matter and rule against Cruz, his decision would melt like a snowball in Hell when it got to the appellate level.
It has already been decided but you may not like the results.
I think he is just using the opportunity to push the Canadian issue again for more free press.
