No proportion, hypothetically give ALL the votes to candidate B, then to candidate C, and so on. If none of those hypoithetical arrangements affect the outcome, the election was valid.

I'm just summarizing how the courts have handled cases that have come before.

i can't "go for it," I'm not on any ballot. Sorry (for my self, not apologizing to you) I mistook you for good faith. Lesson learned.
