Republicans control the Senate. There’s no way in hell they should confirm an Obama nominee, when the guy is in the final months of his autocracy.
If that turd can exceed the powers of his office with a number of unconstitutional executive actions, then the Senate Republicans are absolutely within their rights to use their plenary power to confirm or deny to nix ALL Obama judicial nominees, unless the guy goes nuts and nominates Richard Epstein or Randy Barnett or Ted Cruz.
