Thing is, if they educate themselves, they have to stop being snugly self-righteous, and that is a sacrifice too big to make.
Cruz really turned me off tonight. Ugh. The overly-religious campaigning in Iowa made me cringe, and I’m a minister. It sounded like someone cynically using Jesus just to win a contest. And the lies upon misrepresentations upon lies tonight have confirmed that he’s either sleazy or letting this Presidential desire go to his head.
