More judges like this no doubt Sharia Law will become the law of the land in the future.
Seems like a flippant response -- you'd better take it seriously.
Guns owned by freedom-loving, law-abiding citizens are a threat to no one but criminals and tyrants.
Which is why a 5 to 4 majority of the Supremes will ignore the constitution, if Obama is allowed to appoint another liberal. The last major challenge was defeated 5-4.

Well .. sort of. But, even though we are 4 and 4 of justices, if there is a tie .. then the decision goes back down to the lower court - and that decision stands.
And .. in case you didn’t know .. that means that Obama’s DACA would go back to the lower court - AND IT WOULD BE NULL AND VOID. Which means that the mass immigration of young people would be halted.
So, it’s not so bad after all to be minus one judge; at lease on the DACA issue. And, I can see why Obama is “thrilled” to be able to appoint another justice.

He voted to CONFIRM Srinivasan.
Srikanth Srinivasan, of Virginia, was nominated to the U.S. Circuit Court Judge for Washington D.C. in May 2013. The tally was 97-0, including votes U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Presidential candidates Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio.
Cruz, who clerked with Srinivasan at the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, quipped, “I am hopeful that our friendship will not be seen as a strike against you by some.”

We must demand that the Senate block anyone OZero nominates. And we should demand that the next president nominates a Protestant.

I'd prefer they stick with the "no, we're going to leave this up to the next President." But if not, the next best move is simply to slow down the process. Give him hearings, but delay and don't schedule a vote until after the election.
If a Democrat wins, then might as well confirm the guy because he has a chance of being less left-wing that someone else. But if a Republican wins, bury the nomination and wait for a Republican nominee.
Waiting for the election is almost a best-case scenario.
He was approved 97 to 0 to a D.C. Appeals Court Judgeship, a Court considered one of the most important and Conservative in the Nation. There was not one NO Vote against him.
If Nominated to the SCOTUS, what can they use against him?

Supremes can rule whatever they want. In regards to illegal edicts... We won’t comply. Obambicare, etc. Constitution and God given rights aren’t up for negotiation. So the NRA can whine with the other chorus about “rights in jeopardy” when in fact that’s a personal decision on whether or not to obey. Oh it’s quite serious indeed when personal consequences result for tyrants and scumbags who violate their oaths :)
