Trump was out of control in South Carolina debate (Delusional? Only in your fetid imagination troll)
NY Post ^ | 2/14/2016 | John Podhoretz

Donald Trump was so awful, so horrible, so disgusting in the latest Republican debate — his lies, his distortions, his deceits, and his libels thicker and fouler than they’ve yet been—that he’s done us all a favor. If he wins easily in South Carolina after his monstrous turn, he’ll be going straight to the Republican nomination.

Such a victory in a classically conservative state like South Carolina after his romp in idiosyncratic New Hampshire will prove Trump’s repellent personality is the real key to his success. You want me to delineate his dishonesties? That would be like asking me to count how many breaths he took.

We will not be able to labor under any delusions after a win comparable to his triumph in New Hampshire. We will know for a certainty that the man Republicans want for their tribune in 2016 is a disgusting jerk they somehow believe will have their backs when the only back he’s ever had is his own

You obviously have no problem with the entrenched washington political class that controls both parties that is for endless wars, endless debt and open borders. Yeah, Trump scares the hell out of these Nation Destroyers.

He really does live in their heads 24/7, doesn’t he? The entertainment value alone is worth the price of admission.

I see Trump,as someone just telling what he feels and defends his position. Jeb complaining about Trump attacking his family is pathetic. Jeb wobbled over the issue about Iraq war and finally went against his own brother. Enough of the Bush family.Loyalty among them runs thin. Remarks from HW Bush&Barbara about Clinton being their ‘other’ son. GW and Jeb...Clinton is their brother from another mother. They are completely fake. The Bush and Clintons need to just retire.

“his lies, his distortions, his deceits, and his libels thicker and fouler than they’ve yet been”

Where are the examples to back this up?

It’s apparently just another hit piece, like Lowry’s, posted earlier.

“Half-crazed” and “out of control” = the new GOPe narrative.

He was an inch away from the 911 Truther position.

No, he wasn't. Truthers believe that the generally accepted (and patently true) account of the events on 911 was false, and involved a cover-up of what actually happened, usually involving American complicity in the attack. Basically, that bin laden didn't do it (or, alternatively, that he didn't do it without our participation).

What Trump said goes nowhere even close to that position, and anyone who says he did (cough, cough) is the one who is "unhinged". Quite the opposite, Trump's position has long been (even prior to 911) that we didn't take the threat of bin laden seriously enough (not, as people like you say, that he is close to aligning himself with the Truthers, who maintain that bin laden wasn't the culprit).

As I said, any comparison of Trump, and the truthers, is simply wrong, unhinged, despicable, and reflects poorly on whoever makes such a statement.

#144 i f you are so mentally shallow that a few posts are going to affect how you will vote on a website that has been over run with liberal hacks, paid operatives and other smear merchants tells me you would also vote for Obama or any other con nan with a scheme they’ve taken years to hone.

So you run along and pull your lever for the Mouth while starring at the fathead you have of him You’ll get what you deserve

That kind of post is childish and demonstrates the shallowness of no one but the poster.

I plan on voting for the most Conservative available when it gets to my state The mouth is neither in it for “us” or is he a Conservative.

Cruz is no milquetoast. He has taken on Obama and McConnell with no words minced.

Trump loses to Hillary in most national polls. Cruz performs better against Hillary in every single poll that’s been taken. So stop spreading the lies that Trump is somehow more electable. There is no evidence for it.

Which current R candidate can possibly do that?

Will the Republican Party abandon Trump if he is nominated?

Probably. Therefore, let it burn.
